Aleisha (Arabic: علیشا Romanized: 'Alīshā) is cognate of the female given name Alicia, a variant of Alice, which comes from the Old English name Æthelhādas or Æðelhādas, meaning "noble natured" (noble of kind).
Trying not to confine ourselves to only Arabic definition as we would also serve
Cutting Edge Mediterranean Cuisine, Aleisha’ is an adaptation of both meaning a noble dining room which has a sweet meaning behind it and easily pronounced.

A venue that teleports you to the sunny Mediterranean . The intention is to create dinners with a live performance, where food plays the vital, immersive role, and each guest is a key component of the experience. Rather than merely entering into a dining space, imagine being transported to a different era and dimension. Each moment will be uniquely intimate, in this space we are organically shaped into our most expressive and free self.

Chef Nico Gellon is a nomadic, innovative, and
experimental visionary.
The prodigy of his thrilling experiences are symphonies of hand-picked, earthy dishes.
Born in Argentina and raised in Ireland, Chef Nico started cooking at an early age of 12 to support his family. He discovered his passion when working in the kitchen when he was 15.
After he left his hometown Dublin, Nico worked in farms and restaurants in Portugal, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, France and Italy.
Having to refine his practices around the world, he finds himself constantly creating, experimenting, and pushing boundaries. This allows him to connect within, follow his instincts more clearly, and create his own original dishes.
