Aleisha (Arabic: علیشا Romanized: 'Alīshā) is cognate of the female given name Alicia, a variant of Alice, which comes from the Old English name Æthelhādas or Æðelhādas, meaning "noble natured" (noble of kind).
Trying not to confine ourselves to only Arabic definition as we would also serve
Cutting Edge Mediterranean Cuisine, Aleisha’ is an adaptation of both meaning a noble dining room which has a sweet meaning behind it and easily pronounced.
Aleisha is an intimate 20-seat chef’s table located in Taipei's Da'an District, selected by the MICHELIN Guide from 2024 to 2026. We craft modern Mediterranean tasting menus that feature local Taiwanese seasonal ingredients, Middle Eastern flavor twists, and curated Mediterranean regional and natural wine pairings.
